Use Find your space, or the HUMEN Space 1:1 Therapy page, to begin.

Check eligibility.
A short, simple check confirms you’re able to access the BetterHelp partnership. COPY TO CONFIRM

Follow the BetterHelp pathway.
You’ll be guided through setting up an account and matched with a licensed therapist.

Begin therapy through BetterHelp.
Sessions take place directly with BetterHelp, confidentially and on your own schedule.
Who provides the therapy?
HUMEN does not directly provide or clinically deliver therapy. Our role is to make the door easier to find. BetterHelp’s licensed therapists provide the support itself.
HUMEN covers the cost, so it’s free to you. How many sessions are included, and for how long, is being confirmed with BetterHelp. COPY TO CONFIRM

Is it really free?
Yes. HUMEN Space 1:1 Therapy gives men free, confidential access to professional therapy, at no cost to you.
Will anyone know?

What if it isn’t for me?
That’s alright. Our support page lists other trusted talking groups, community activities and helplines.
Important boundaries
HUMEN is not a crisis service, and this isn’t a crisis route. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. If you need urgent mental health support, contact NHS 111 or Samaritans on 116 123. HUMEN Space 1:1 Therapy is here for support before crisis, not during one.
