What this is
HUMEN opens access to free, professional therapy through our therapy access partner, BetterHelp. HUMEN does not directly provide or clinically deliver therapy — our role is to make the door easier to find, and BetterHelp’s licensed therapists provide the support itself. This keeps the process confidential, and means HUMEN can focus on removing the two things that usually get in the way before therapy even starts: cost, and not knowing where to begin.

What to expect
You do not need the perfect words ready, or a clear diagnosis, before you start. Therapy is simply a space to talk through what is happening, at your own pace, with someone qualified to help you find a way forward. Sessions are confidential and take place on your own schedule through BetterHelp’s platform.
